Where we serve

Based in Stillwater, routing fence work across Payne County and the surrounding communities. Outside the area on the map? Call anyway — we'll route you to a closer contractor or tell you honestly whether the drive pencils out.

Primary base

Stillwater, OK — where we operate from

We are based in Stillwater itself, the Payne County seat and home to Oklahoma State University. Much of the work is in the growing single-family subdivisions on the north and west sides, where pet, pool, and privacy fencing is standard and many lots sit in HOAs with their own fence rules.

Common Stillwater-area properties we route: subdivision homes wanting a privacy or vinyl fence, dog yards that just need chain-link, student rentals near campus that want a secure back yard, and rural acreage on the edge of town that needs a property-line fence on the survey. Each one changes the scope — the reason sets the material, and the high-plains wind and red-clay soil set the post depth. We set posts deep and concrete the corners and gates, every time.

Field notes

What each town teaches us

Local context — how rural the area is, the soil, the HOA rules, the acreage line fences — changes the scope and the build. Knowing yours is half the job.

Perkins, OK

Just south of Stillwater and squarely on our route, Perkins is a mix of small-town homes and rural acreage along the Cimarron. The common calls are a privacy fence for a back yard, a chain-link run for a dog, and an acreage property-line fence built on the survey. The red-clay soil and the wind mean we set posts deep and concrete the corners and gates here like everywhere else.

Cushing, OK

East of Stillwater in northern Payne County, Cushing is an older town with a deep base of single-family homes plus rural property around it. The work skews to privacy and wood fencing for established yards and chain-link for pets and boundaries, with gate and repair calls on aging fences that finally heaved a post. We match the fence to the lot and the budget.

Perry, OK

North of Stillwater across the Noble County line, Perry is a small county-seat town surrounded by farm and rural acreage. Out here the jobs lean toward property-line and livestock fencing on the survey, plus privacy and chain-link for the in-town homes. Distance affects scheduling, not the build — posts still go below the frost line and the corners still get concrete.

Guthrie, OK

To the southwest in Logan County, Guthrie is a historic town with older homes and growing acreage subdivisions. The work ranges from a wood or picket fence that suits an older home to a vinyl privacy fence in a newer subdivision with an HOA, plus the usual repair and gate calls. We confirm the HOA rules and the property line before any post hole.

Glencoe, OK

A small town northeast of Stillwater, Glencoe is rural country where most properties are acreage on the survey line. The common call is a property-line or livestock fence, with privacy and chain-link for the homes. The build is the same as in town — set deep, concrete the corners and gates, brace for the high-plains wind.

Call anyway

For homes farther out into the smaller communities around Payne County, we still take some of those jobs. Whether the drive makes sense depends on the work and whether we already have a crew heading that direction. Call and describe the property — we'll either route a crew or point you to a local one we trust. No commission either way.

Builders & property managers

Multi-property fencing

If you manage rentals, a new-build subdivision, or a portfolio of properties across Stillwateror Payne County, the cleanest setup is one fence spec and one crew across every lot — so the builds match and the HOA rules are met. Mention it on the call and we'll put together a plan.
